It’s not hard but … It’s not hard but it does take effort. 1. Take your lunch to work. 2. Low fat milks and cheeses. 3. More chix & fish instead of read meats. 4. Lots of fruit. 5. Whole grain breads, cereals, rice, pastas, etc. 6. No colas or sweetened drinks. 7. Brings snacks as well. It just takes planning & effort.

Coasting on a bike doesn’t take effort but taking a spin class with the tension on a 5 or above will burn calories.

You can drink any fluid as long as it’s diet or not high in calories.
