Question for Everyone have you ever tried a fast weight loss diet and did it work?

And how much did you lose
what did you do

No, and they don’t work.
Deprived of food the body goes into conservation mode.
Weight loss during crash diets doesn’t continue for a very long time. Eventually, you will find yourself hitting a weight loss plateau, during which it will become more and more difficult for you to lose weight. The majority of crash dieters find that this weight loss plateau is followed by a period of weight gain. Many followers of crash diets even end up putting back on all of the weight they lost, along with additional pounds.
Safe and steady is best, take exercise, eat sensibly and be patient

Yes, i ate nothing but apples for weeks on end. It didn’t do my health much good, i actually collapsed once so i wouldn’t reccomend it, but it worked. I lost a stone and a half but i payed the price, i am now batteling with anorexia. Don’t go down that road, trust me.
