What is the cheapest and fastest weight loss diet?

I have my own exercise program but I would like to add a diet to it. Please do not give me any lectures about the importance of slow weight loss and proper nutrition. I simply want a quick fad diet that is cheap. Thank you!

-eliminate ALL white carbs from your diet (bread, cereal, rice, pasta, potatoes, anything with breading) basically anything that is white
-drink ALOT of water
-be smart
-if you know its bad for you, don’t eat it
-exercise
-have a cheat day once a week (eat whatever you want but don’t go overboard, i usually pick Saturday or Sunday for this)
-be disciplined. there is no quick fix but in one month i guarantee you can lose 20 lbs despite it seems like everyone says its bad for you. you know what i say to them..prove it. me and other people i know have done this diet and it works
-eat lots of protein (chicken, tuna, fish, egg whites)

    Since you don’t care about proper nutrition or your health, then the fastest and cheapest way to loose weight would be to stop eating. Duh

    Adderall is the most effective way that I have lost weight and kept it down, I take it for my ADD, but I’ve also found I am way less hungry throughout the day, and like any amphetamine, it speeds up your heart rate, the only thing is, when I don’t take it I seem to blow up like a balloon and eat everything in sight, it’s not the most healthy cycle, but, ehhh.. so what.

    I hear smoking also raises your metabolism, but it’s a nastier habit I think.

    Eat fruits, veggies, nuts and skim milk!

    I’m trying to loose weight, actually I have been trying for the last six months… I’ve experimented with a lot of different things, but I think I finally found something that might work.
    I started with some cookies made by a doctor named Dr. Siegel. I’ve started eating the cookies a little over two weeks ago and I’ve already lost 10 pounds. The cookies taste good and they work the way they claim to. Whenever I feel hungry I just eat a cookie and I won’t be hungry anymore.
    I still have a long way to go to reach my weight loss goal but with these cookies I think I can do it!
