What is the cheapest and fastest weight loss diet?

I have my own exercise program but I would like to add a diet to it. Please do not give me any lectures about the importance of slow weight loss and proper nutrition. I simply want a quick fad diet that is cheap. Thank you!

-eliminate ALL white carbs from your diet (bread, cereal, rice, pasta, potatoes, anything with breading) basically anything that is white
-drink ALOT of water
-be smart
-if you know its bad for you, don’t eat it
-exercise
-have a cheat day once a week (eat whatever you want but don’t go overboard, i usually pick Saturday or Sunday for this)
-be disciplined. there is no quick fix but in one month i guarantee you can lose 20 lbs despite it seems like everyone says its bad for you. you know what i say to them..prove it. me and other people i know have done this diet and it works
-eat lots of protein (chicken, tuna, fish, egg whites)

And to lose weight fast and effectively four aspects of life should be changed: what to eat, how to eat, behavior and activity level.

Here are 6 fast weight loss tips that can change an over-weight person’s life:

First: Fast weight loss composes of a multi-faceted technique that consists mindset, exercise, and in other cases, diet supplements.  Begin by learning a diet food plan that can easily be accustomed with. Incorporate an exercise plan that allows even at least fifteen minutes a day like brisk walking, running, swimming, and dancing.

Second: Set realistic approaches. The ability to focus and have proper mindset enables someone on a diet to quickly lose those extra pounds. With discipline and proper mind set, a dieter will never be discouraged and lose focus.

Third: Listen as the body speaks. Each and everyone’s body metabolism reacts differently to different fast weight loss programs and plans. Try substituting one program for another to compensate the body’s reaction. Exercise program must be suitable to one’s body, as some may not be able to exercise as rigorously as others can. If walking is all that can be done, then walking for you, is proven the best exercise. Muscle burns more calories than fat so it’s also best to put on a little muscle and tone for faster results.

Fourth: Take in lots of fluid, especially water. Limit your intake of sodas and juices, even diet ones. A lot of juices have added sugars. Drinking at least six to eight glasses of water a day keeps the body refreshed. Since weight loss relies on how well the body eliminates body wastes, it’s critical to stay hydrated.

Fifth: Eat more fibers, it makes a person full sooner and stays in the stomach longer, slowing down the rate of digestion. A single serving of whole grain bread moves fat through the digestive system faster. Grains turn into blood sugar that spikes the body’s insulin level. Making the body more energized and ready to tell itself when it should stop burning fat or start storing.

Sixth: Stay away from fried foods especially deep-fried as this contains great amounts of fat. Although fish and chicken appear leaner than beef, this white meat can contain more fat than when beef is fried. It is recommended for those on strict diets to opt for grilled food as this does not have or contains less amounts of fat after the food is cooked.

Over all, discipline and consistency are still the best practices and the key to fast weight loss success. Light dieting, working out, and the right amount of supplementation applied in a routine way everyday will result in faster weight loss than having extremely fast weight loss only to be followed by a return to old habits as this would only lead to gaining back more weight than when your weight loss plan was started.

Foods and exercises that boost metabolism? Diet sodas and dieting. Fast weight loss?

I would like to lose weight quickly and was wondering how diet sodas affect diets. I love diet sodas. I know that when you drink them they can make you want to eat more because it makes your body think that it had more sugar since diet sodas are sweet. Is there anything else they do to ruin diets? Let’s say I drank diet soda and tryed really hard not to eat too much because of the diet soda, and I succeeded. Will it still affect my diet? How?

The real culprit is not the sugar–artificial or not.

It is one’s addiction to sweets. The habit.

If one’s craving does not go away, eventually he finds himself back to the same pit. The dieting cycle is endless. Taking up diet soda is only addressing the end of the problem, not the root of the problem. And manufacturers understand this fact, so they appease their consumers. They keep consumers wanting sugar so they can profit.

In America a lot of things are designed to the effect of dependence.

One day you drink diet soda, the other day you want brownies, another day you get fat-free ice-cream. You are convinced you will not gain weight because, on paper, you cancel out all the sweet calories with that diet soda. See how this doesn’t work? The whole regime keeps you coming back. It robs your focus. Instead of focusing on the positive image, your focus is on “How to not gain weight from EATING SUGAR.” Your mindset still depends on consuming it.

If you can quit anything for 30 days, the rest is easier. And you begin to focus on something else, and eventually you forget about it. Come on, you can do it!!!!!

what will make you lose weight fast, diet and exercise or weight loss using electric currents?

my sister in law is going to spend 100 euros on eletric current weight loss with 20 sessions.. suppose to make you lose 3-4 inches where you want it… but I don't think it would really work…. which do you think will work faster in two months, 20 sessions of eletric currents, or two months of strict diet and exercise?

Electrocuting yourself should make you lose weight faster. Dead people always lose weight faster.

Seriously, though, the whole electroshock thing is a total scam. There's really no such thing as "targeted weight loss" unless you undergo surgery, which any physician will tell you is again not a substitute for regular exercise and a healthy diet. Forget "quick".. get-rich-quick and get-thin-quick schemes always fall through and the one who tries them winds up paying more than they ever dreamed.
