First: Fast weight loss composes of a multi-faceted technique that consists mindset, exercise, and in other cases, diet supplements.  Begin by learning a diet food plan that can easily be accustomed with. Incorporate an exercise plan that allows even at least fifteen minutes a day like brisk walking, running, swimming, and dancing.

Second: Set realistic approaches. The ability to focus and have proper mindset enables someone on a diet to quickly lose those extra pounds. With discipline and proper mind set, a dieter will never be discouraged and lose focus.

Third: Listen as the body speaks. Each and everyone’s body metabolism reacts differently to different fast weight loss programs and plans. Try substituting one program for another to compensate the body’s reaction. Exercise program must be suitable to one’s body, as some may not be able to exercise as rigorously as others can. Fifth: Eat more fibers, it makes a person full sooner and stays in the stomach longer, slowing down the rate of digestion. Making the body more energized and ready to tell itself when it should stop burning fat or start storing.

Sixth: Stay away from fried foods especially deep-fried as this contains great amounts of fat. Although fish and chicken appear leaner than beef, this white meat can contain more fat than when beef is fried. It is recommended for those on strict diets to opt for grilled food as this does not have or contains less amounts of fat after the food is cooked.

Over all, discipline and consistency are still the best practices and the key to fast weight loss success. Is this a good diet for quick weight loss?

breakfast:oatmeal 100 snack: apple 100 lunch: yogurt 100 cheese 50 snack: half sandwich: 150 dinner: veggie stirfry: 200 total:700 If I stick to this or something along these lines will I be able to lose like 4 lbs by next Sat? It’s winter formal and I’m 5′4″ and currently about 110 lbs and I want to be 106? if this isnt good can someone tell me what will work?
Nope this won’t work actually… You need 1,200 calories at the very least because the way the body works is that if you don’t eat enough calories your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to every calorie it gets so you won’t lose any weight. I just went to a nutritionist and she actually told me that my 1,200 calorie plan was still to low, and suggested i bring it up to 1,800… It sounds like good food to eat you just need to up the calories. But if you want to lose some weight before a dance the best way to do it is to stick to a good meal plan, cut out salts because you will retain water from that, and drink a ton of water. Same as calories, when you body is not getting enough water it will hang on to whatever you get causing a retention of water weight, which is what you’ll be able to shed before the dance. I know it sounds strange but drink as much water as you possibly can until the day before the dance. Also, 40 mins of decently intense cardio a day. 4 pounds will be gone really quick i promise!
