<br />ASHTANGA YOGA 3 times a week.</p>
<p>RUN 3-5 times a week (aim to get to 5k 5x a week).</p>
<p>SEX as often as possible.</p>
<p>Drink lots of water and salad before and after every meal.</p>
<p>Eat at scheduled times and don&#8217;t allow yourself to snack on anything other than raw veggies and low GI fruits.</p>
<p>Avoid sugary and fatty foods like the plague. You stop craving them after a while.</p>
<p>If you get hungary often, make your scheduled meals more frequent. Maybe every 3 to 4 hours if need be. Never let yourself get too hungry or overly full and be sure to make every meal a satisfying one.</p>
<p>Reduce portion size and pay attention to your bodys signals. Eat your meals slow and take breaks inbetwen bites. You should not have food in your mouth constantly. Stop eating before you start to feel full, and eat salad until you do.</p>
<p>Focus on becoming more healthy and nurishing your body, instead of just loosing weight.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t eat anything 3 hours before bedtime. Eat your last meal about 5 hours before bedtime, and allow yourself a snack like an apple or yogurt or something a few hours before bed. Don&#8217;t go to bed hungry.</p>
<p>Go for your runs in the morning to get your metabolism going, and walk after every meal, even if it&#8217;s just for 20 &#8211; 30mins.</p>
<p>Make reasonable goals that you can achieve, track your progress, and find ways to stay motivated, if the visible results aren&#8217;t already enough.</p>
<p>Become aware of the many ways your healthy weightloss is affecting your life. Do you physically feel better? Are you more confident. Do you have more energy?</p>
<p>Try it with a friend, if you need help staying on track.</p>

It&#8217;s winter formal and I&#8217;m 5&#8242;4&#8243; and currently about 110 lbs and I want to be 106? if this isnt good can someone tell me what will work? <br />Nope this won&#8217;t work actually&#8230;  You need 1,200 calories at the very least because the way the body works is that if you don&#8217;t eat enough calories your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to every calorie it gets so you won&#8217;t lose any weight. I just went to a nutritionist and she actually told me that my 1,200 calorie plan was still to low, and suggested i bring it up to 1,800&#8230; It sounds like good food to eat you just need to up the calories. But if you want to lose some weight before a dance the best way to do it is to stick to a good meal plan, cut out salts because you will retain water from that, and drink a ton of water. Same as calories, when you body is not getting enough water it will hang on to whatever you get causing a retention of water weight, which is what you&#8217;ll be able to shed before the dance.  I know it sounds strange but drink as much water as you possibly can until the day before the dance. Also, 40 mins of decently intense cardio a day. 4 pounds will be gone really quick i promise!</p>
